I customize your chosen template to match your brand, polish the layout, and ensure your copy reads beautifully. All initial design and development labor is completely covered under your monthly subscription agreement.

Instant deployment because your site will be in WordPress, where all the work happens on the live site, so you don’t have to worry about any complicated deployments.

Delivery happens constantly as I work through building your site. You will be amazed at how quickly it all happens!
Why Partner With Me?
Traditional web designers hand over a site, wish you luck, and charge you $100+ an hour the second something breaks. My model flips the script. For just $199/month, you get a beautiful, functional website right out of the gate, plus a dedicated tech partner to handle unlimited updates, security, and troubleshooting. You run your business; I’ll run your code.
To eliminate massive upfront design fees and cover the initial time it takes to build your custom site, there is a 12-month minimum commitment. After your first year, your plan automatically switches to a flexible, month-to-month agreement that you can change at any time.
If you need to cancel after your initial 12-month commitment, you can do so at any time with no penalties, and I will even provide a full backup of your website files. If you absolutely need to cancel during your first year, you can opt for an early buyout fee to cleanly close the account and take your files with you.
I provide a 14-day grace period for failed or late payments to ensure your business doesn’t skip a beat. However, if a payment is more than 30 days overdue, your website will be temporarily suspended and taken offline until the account balance is brought current. Once paid, your site will be instantly reactivated.
All initial design, customization, and development labor is completely covered. There are no thousands of dollars in upfront fees. Your only ongoing cost is the $199/month subscription, which handles your hosting setup, unlimited updates, and maintenance.
Almost everything is included, but you are responsible for third-party premium plugin licenses or specific domain names if you choose to buy them. You can have a free domain that looks like “yourbusiness.tgx1.com”.
That is up to you. I can write your content with the help of Claude or another AI tool, but you can provide direction with key concepts, any particular messaging, and /or tone.
I can also teach you how to edit your website yourself (and fix any goofs you might make:) if you like to more control.

That is the biggest perk of the subscription! Unlike other designers who charge $100+/hour for changes after handover, unlimited content updates and support are included in your $199/month plan. Just drop me an email with your text or photo updates, and I will handle it for you.
Absolutely. You own your business and your brand. Your site is built on WordPress, meaning it is entirely portable. There are no contracts lock-ins; if you ever choose to cancel your subscription and migrate your site to another host or manage it yourself, I will happily provide you with a full backup of your files.
